PT Quick Pics Available Subscription Plan Details

There is no monthly service charge for this plan. There is no upload fee for this plan. An account with this plan is allowed a total of one (1) locations and one user. All images uploaded will have a substantial PT Quick Pics logo placed over the image and possible over any logos provided by the user. The microsite for viewing the image will also include PT Quick Pics branding. Consumers may download images from the site. Support for this service is provided through an online ticket system accessible by logging into the ptquickpics.com site, and accessing the support tab. Email and/or phone support may be provided at Photo Touch Inc.’s discretion, but is not obligated to provide such support. If email or phone support is provided, there is no guarantee that such support will be provided in the future. Images are stored for no less than thirty (30) days, after which they are subject to deletion by the system. No metrics or reports are provided. No service level agreement or support agreement is provided; the service is provided as is and without any guarantee of any kind that it will be operable or continue to be operable. This plan may be discontinued at any time without notice.

Only one (1) location may be enabled (active) at a time. An account with this plan is allowed only one (1) user. All images uploaded will have a small PT Quick Pics logo placed over a portion of the image provided by the user. The microsite for viewing the image will not include PT Quick Pics branding, except for notices and other attributions in text. Consumers may download images from the site, and links for sharing these images and viewing the images are provided. Support for this service is provided through an online ticket system accessible by logging into the ptquickpics.com site, and accessing the support tab. Email and/or phone support may be provided at Photo Touch Inc.’s discretion, but is not obligated to provide such support. If email or phone support is provided, there is no guarantee that such support will be provided in the future. Images are stored for no less than ninety (90) days, after which they are subject to deletion by the system. Metrics and reports are provided for this service and cover events that occurred for at least the prior ninety (90) days. No service level agreement or support agreement is provided; the service is provided as is and without any guarantee of any kind that it will be operable or continue to be operable. Invoices for upload charges are generated once a month, and payment for these invoices are due upon receipt. Failure to pay an invoice within 15 days may result in the account being cancelled, all data including without limitation images being deleted and irretrievable removed from the system, and a $100 service fee added to the account. This plan may be discontinued at any time without notice.

There is a monthly service charge of $100.00 (one-hundred dollars) per month. There is a $0.20 (twenty cent) fee per image uploaded. An account with this plan is allowed a total of one-hundred (100) locations. Up to two (2) locations may be enabled (active) at a time. An account with this plan is allowed up to one-hundred (100) users. All images uploaded will not have any PT Quick Pics branding. The microsite for viewing the image will not include PT Quick Pics branding, except for notices and other attributions in text. Consumers may download images from the site, and links for sharing these images and viewing the images are provided. Support for this service is provided through an online ticket system accessible by logging into the ptquickpics.com site, and accessing the support tab. Photo Touch will provide up to two (2) hours of phone support for the initial setup, to be used within the first thirty (30) days of signing up. Users of the account of this plan may email support requests to support@phototouchinc.com and Photo Touch will use its best efforts to respond and resolve the issue within one (1) business day. Additional phone support may be provided at Photo Touch Inc.’s discretion, but is not obligated to provide such support. If phone support is provided, there is no guarantee that such support will be provided in the future. Failure to respond and/or resolve an issue within one (1) business day will, upon request by the account holder, result in a refund of 1/30th the monthly service charge per full day that any one or more issues remains unresolved beyond one business day, up to a maximum of $25. In no event will the account holder be entitled to a refund of more than $25 per month for any and all failures to respond or resolve any support request. Images are stored for no less than one-hundred-eighty (180) days, after which they are subject to deletion by the system. Metrics and reports are provided for this service and cover events that occurred for at least the prior one-hundred-eighty (180) days. Photo Touch provides a service level agreement for accounts of this plan that provides for the system being operable for 99.9% of the time in any given month. Should the system be inoperable for more than 0.1% of the time in a given month, measured hourly, upon request by the account holder, the account holder is entitled to a refund of 1/720th the monthly service charge per full hour that the system remains inoperable after the first 0.1% of inoperable time per month, up to a maximum of $25 per month. In no event will the account holder be entitled to a refund of more than $25 per month for the system being inoperable. Invoices for upload charges and monthly fees are generated once a month, and payment for these invoices are due upon receipt. Failure to pay an invoice within 15 days may result in the account being cancelled, all data including without limitation images being deleted and irretrievable removed from the system, and a $100 service fee added to the account. This plan can be discontinued at any time with thirty (30) days notice.

Location: A group of settings that are applied to images being uploaded, and are provided to print stations for printing.

Consumer: Individual that uploads a photo to the system for printing and/or distribution.

User: A member of the account holder or the account holder him or herself.

Upload: An upload is an image that is texted, retrieved, uploaded, or otherwise received by the system for a location in an account. An upload is counted each time such an image is received by the system, even if it is the same or contains duplicative content of another image previously uploaded.

Operable: The system is defined as being operable when it is not inoperable for two or more separate, unrelated accounts. The system is inoperable for an account when no individuals are able to text or upload an image to the system or no print station applications are able to receive images from the system.

System: The networked computer systems(s) operated by Photo Touch that accepts images via text message, upload, or otherwise received, processes images, and makes them available to users through a website and provides them to print station apps for printing.
